Horses show points not getting added

    Hi I’ve noticed that the horses in the barns I’ve shown today have not got their points showing in the points this year section on their pages.
    The total of the points they’ve won shows in my account performance review on my member page so they’re definitely winning some.
    The first shows I entered were just after roll over ended so there’s been plenty of time for the points to work through to the horses. I also entered one of the barns for their second show if the week about an hour ago and those points are not showing either.

    Sounds like you entered before horses aged up though. Which is not a bug. Just inconvenient timing.

    Ok thanks. It was about 7.30am UK time and my old horses that were due to age had all been removed from the barns so I assumed all the updating was done.

    I would need links to the horses to tell you anything, but it does sound lie you just jumped the gun on it. Age ups were late this month and age ups are what set the point count.

    Ammit here is a link to one of my horses that showed today, placed first and has zero earnings or points for this new month. Most of my barns that showed today have the same end result as this one. image

    Brandybrookes, yes looks like that horse is missing the 38 points from the first class it won.
    Probably the same reason that Ammit explained about mine - the ageing update hadn’t completed at the time the horse was entered.

    The 36 points seen is the second show i entered them in last night. But the auto showing put them in some point earlier yesterday and thats the one the points are missing. Perhaps it did count as the previous year for the horses.

    Yes, they were shown too early. Exactly the same as I said above. :)
